The role
Eliot is seeking a Senior Manager of Housing and Living Programs to provide clinical guidance, intervention, and supervision to clients as part of one of their Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) teams.
What you'll do
- Provide direct supervision, performance management, and guidance to all Regional Housing Managers, Housing Specialists, and Case Managers
- Manage resource allocation, tracking, and development of subsidies and contract rental assistance
- Develop relationships with local landlords, housing authorities, and other housing providers
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, rehabilitation, social work, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience working with adults with mental illness
- At least 3 years of housing experience including developing relationships with landlords, realtors, and housing authorities
