The Senior Manager, Insights and Analytics at StriveTogether leads data supports for Cradle to Career Network members, providing consultation, managing data collection, and driving innovation in data analytics.
What you'll do
- Support the annual network data collection and maintain templates for reporting outcomes, strategies, and progress.
- Own the lifecycle of network-facing data products, including dashboards, reports, scorecards, and recurring analyses.
- Partner with network leaders to establish performance metrics and integrate new data sources.
- Provide strategic consultation to network partners on data analytics and data literacy.
- Lead a learning community for network members in data roles.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform organizational decisions.
What it takes
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics within a strategy consulting or social impact strategic planning role.
- Strong proficiency in R or Python for data manipulation and analysis, along with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
