The role

Jobs for the Future (JFF) is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Center for Justice & Economic Advancement (CJEA) and Field Implementation Team. This role focuses on project management, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination to support the Fair Chance to Advance (FC2A) initiative. The incumbent will manage state network operations, onboard members, and facilitate cross-sector collaboration to improve economic mobility for individuals with histories of incarceration.

What you'll do

  • Manage the onboarding process and 1:1 engagement for new State Network members.
  • Serve as project manager for FC2A, maintaining work-plans in Asana and status reports.
  • Facilitate and document recurring steering committee meetings and cross-network communications.
  • Partner with JFF’s Events team to coordinate annual state summits and site visits.
  • Track and report on member engagement trends to identify support needs.

  • 5-8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Subject matter expertise regarding programs impacting people with histories of incarceration.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools like Asana, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and manage relationships with state agency representatives.
