The role

What you'll do
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the EBC Escalation Framework
- Design and maintain EBC governance structures and operating models
- Serve as principal technical authority for EBC policy and procedural development
- Establish and maintain classification frameworks, reporting taxonomies, and escalation decision matrices
- Provide strategic advice to the IP EBC Executive
- Coordinate and prepare high-quality governance reports and briefing materials
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is preferred
- Progressively responsible experience in ethics, compliance, governance, policy development, risk management, oversight, or related functions
- Experience preparing governance reports, briefing materials, and presenting recommendations to executive leadership
- Experience working with boards, governing bodies, audit and risk committees, or comparable oversight structures
- Fluency in English; a working knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
