What you'll do

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, FASB guidance, and donor requirements.
  • Mentor and support accounting staff to strengthen team capabilities.

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong command of US GAAP and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience with multi-country or multi-entity accounting.
  • Professional qualification (CPA or ACCA) preferred.
