The role

Provides day-to-day on the job coaching to maintenance staff, monitors staff attendance, performs routine maintenance, and ensures compliance with regulations and procedures.

What you'll do

Provides day-to-day on the job coaching to all maintenance staff
Monitors staff attendance logs for compliance with policy requirements
Ensures that issued Facilities Service Requests have been completed, signed and returned in a timely manner
Performs routine maintenance, painting, and repairs to ensure proper upkeep of site
Responds to work orders in a timely manner
Inspects and performs preventative maintenance according to established schedules and procedures

What it takes

High School diploma/G.E.D.
Three years’ experience in maintenance operations
Knowledge of HVACR desired
Reliability and punctuality
Thorough knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of cleaning and sanitizing solutions
Basic Windows PC, web browsing, and Microsoft Outlook skills required
