Senior Learning Engineer

The role

Playlab is seeking a Senior Learning Engineer to guide a 13-school, 24-month partnership focused on integrating AI into educational models. The role involves embedded coaching, hands-on building of bespoke AI tools, and mentoring regional practitioners to ensure high-quality, open-source outcomes. You will act as a senior thought partner to school leadership while contributing to the organization's broader product and research initiatives. This position requires a blend of instructional leadership, technical AI-building expertise, and a commitment to equitable education.
