  • Provide superior customer service through daily coordination with school Business Operations Managers.

  • 15+ months of full-time hands-on technical support experience with 1000+ devices.
  • Experience configuring critical systems like Google Workspace for large organizations.
  • Direct experience installing enterprise network equipment such as firewalls and switches.
