The role

The Senior Investment Officer will support the effective delivery of Inkomoko’s investment activities by providing oversight to Investment Associates, conducting and reviewing borrower due diligence, supporting credit decision-making, managing portfolio quality, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring effective use of lending systems and processes.

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Demonstrated experience in conducting or reviewing due diligence, financial and credit analysis, and assessing repayment capacity and business risks
  • Experience coordinating or supervising staff, monitoring performance, and working towards agreed targets
  • Knowledge of credit policies, loan management processes, portfolio standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Experience using loan management systems and related lending applications
