The role
The ACLU is seeking a Senior Human Resources Associate to support HR operations, compliance, and general HR functions in a hybrid role with in-office requirements.
What you'll do
- Maintain human resources policies and employee handbook content
- Monitor changes in employment law and assess their impact on HR policies
- Manage compliance activities including conducting regular audits
- Support HR Business Partners in assessing department relevel and new position requests
- Conduct audits on employee data in HRIS and other related systems
- Support with employment verification requests and manage the probationary review process

- Experience in several of the following areas: job analysis and classification, FLSA determinations, policy administration, regulatory reporting, compliance audits, records management, or HRIS data integrity
