The role

The Senior Grants and Partnership Manager - PlayMatters is responsible for leading compliance, effective grants management for the PlayMatters consortium, supporting high-quality programming and service delivery. The role involves managing financial and programmatic goals, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with donor regulations.

What you'll do

  • Ensure compliance with donor regulations and IRC procedures for grant management.
  • Support the development of annual project planning documents and budgets.
  • Manage internal and consortium-wide quarterly progress review meetings.
  • Build capacity in grants, compliance, and partnership skills within the consortium.
  • Coordinate technical monitoring and evaluation of consortium partners.

What it takes

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Development Studies, Economics, or another relevant subject.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in program and grants management at an international NGO or similar organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with experience in grants management software and tools.

  • Experience working in conflict and crisis settings preferred.
