The role
World Vision is hiring a Senior Grant and Contract Officer to manage the full lifecycle of assistance awards, grants and contracts with the U.S. Government, bilateral and multilateral organizations, foundations, corporations, and private entities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
What you'll do
- Manage the full lifecycle of assistance awards, grants, and contracts

- Serve as primary contact and principal advisor for client groups
- Support in monitoring subgrantee compliance
- Coordinate the development, improvement, and support of policies, procedures, and systems
- Lead the grantor notification process regarding allegations and incidents
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (eight years) work experience
- Work experience in accounting, business administration, finance, legal, grant, and/or contract fields; 5-8 years
- Gateway 2 Grants and TOT certification required within 6 months of hire
- Spanish, Portuguese, French and/or other language capability desired
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A for any employer
