The role
The Senior Global Donor Development Manager will support the delivery of individual giving donor development and retention strategy across multiple international markets.
What you'll do
- Deliver the global individual giving donor development and retention strategy
- Drive continuous testing, learning and improvement across our donor journeys
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance to donor development programmes in key markets
- Shape donor-facing appeals, content and supporter journeys that inspire engagement and long-term commitment
- Drive the delivery of a new monthly giving membership product across all of our markets
- Shape significant fundraising budgets and make investment decisions
What it takes
- Expert knowledge of individual giving fundraising, stewardship and donor development
- Proven experience in online donor conversion and monthly giving growth
- Strong digital fundraising expertise, particularly email and social media
- Experience using analytics, targeting and segmentation to improve performance
- Experience leading large-scale projects and managing senior stakeholders
- Line management experience, with the ability to coach and develop others
