The role
The Senior Finance Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for the full finance function across the national office, field operations, grants, sponsorship, and other funding streams.
What you'll do
- Lead the overall finance function for WV Cambodia
- Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls
- Strengthen budgeting, funding management, financial planning, and reporting
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Conduct regular field engagement with finance and operations teams
What it takes
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or a related field
- ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, grants financial management, compliance, and internal controls
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a finance leadership or management role
- Strong hands-on experience in financial operations, donor compliance, multi-funding management, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, audit preparation, risk management, internal control strengthening, and process improvement
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Khmer
