Senior Field Associate

The role

The Senior Field Associate will be based in Vilnius, Lithuania, performing field activities to monitor the situation of asylum-seekers, refugees, and stateless persons. The role involves conducting regular visits to border guard units and reception sites to assess needs, manage individual protection cases, and ensure access to legal aid. The incumbent will maintain effective interfaces with refugee communities, local authorities, and NGO partners while facilitating information management and reporting. This position supports the UNHCR Liaison Office in Lithuania in its protection, advocacy, and capacity-building initiatives.
