The role
DEPLOY/US is seeking a Senior Director of Finance & Operations to lead the finance function and support organizational operations.
What you'll do
- Supervise, coach, and develop the Senior Accountant
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on financial matters
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial models
- Oversee cash management, investments, and liquidity planning
- Partner with COO to strengthen operational systems and infrastructure
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of finance experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop individuals and teams
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting and internal controls
