The role

Greenpeace USA is seeking a strategic and values-driven Senior Director of Climate & Rights to lead and integrate the organization's climate and democracy campaign portfolios. This leadership role involves managing key campaign directors, fostering organizational alignment, and representing the organization in external movement spaces. What you'll do

  • Provide strategic direction for the integrated Climate & Rights campaign portfolio.
  • Directly manage and coach the Climate Campaign Director and Democracy Campaign Director.
  • Partner with Development leadership to support fundraising and donor narrative development.
  • Ensure campaign strategies are aligned across legal, communications, and operational departments.
  • Represent Greenpeace USA externally to allies, partners, and global network leaders.
