The Senior Digital Program Specialist at AIIB will serve as a strategic advisor to the CIO, focusing on digital strategy and organizational effectiveness. What it takes

- Demonstrated experience providing strategic advisory or consulting services to senior management on enterprise technology strategy, operating models, business capability development, technology-enabled process improvement, product-oriented delivery, and portfolio performance.
- Experience applying relevant methodologies, such as capability-based planning, business and enterprise architecture, product management, portfolio and program management, benefits realization, Agile, Lean, business process management, IT service management, and organizational change and adoption.
