The role
The Senior Data and Quality Assurance Specialist will support data entry and quality assurance for clients enrolled in IRC's Center for Financial Opportunity (CFO) programs, focusing on early employment programming.
What you'll do
- Enroll clients and record case notes in Efforts to Outcomes (ETO), SDNP, and Salesforce data tracking platforms
- Collaborate with program staff for timely entry of client data into systems
- Perform data entry for Financial Capabilities and Individual Development Accounts programs
- Review and update building resilience excel tracking sheets
- Deliver training and coaching to CFO staff

- Strong data management skills with basic data analysis capabilities
