The role
The Senior Data and Quality Assurance Specialist will support data entry and data quality assurance of clients enrolled into CFO programs, with an emphasis on early employment programming.
What you'll do
- Enroll clients and record data in Efforts to Outcomes (ETO), SDNP, and Salesforce
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure timely data entry
- Perform data entry for Financial Capabilities and Individual Development Accounts programs
- Implement quality assurance on SDNP, CinA, and VESL databases
- Review and update building resilience excel tracking sheets
- Deliver training and coaching to CFO staff
What it takes
- 2+ years of related professional work experience
- Strong data management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce, SDNP, and ETO databases
- Solid organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
