The role

The ACLU seeks a Senior Content Strategist to lead the development and execution of the organization's YouTube strategy, focusing on SEO-informed editorial strategies and content promotion plans.

What you'll do

  • Set the long-term vision, goal, strategies, and tactics to scale the ACLU’s YouTube channel
  • Project manage the end-to-end production of YouTube content
  • Develop content plans that position the ACLU as a thought leader on YouTube
  • Craft and implement creative, multi-faceted strategies for advocacy, public education, live events, and paid media campaigns
  • Align YouTube content planning and editorial calendar with broader social media and communications strategy
