The role
The Senior Community Disaster Program Manager leads and supports teams of employees and volunteers to deliver disaster relief and recovery services within their assigned geographic area. Responsibilities include mobilizing community partners, overseeing disaster cycle services, and building mission capacity through volunteer leadership development.
