Senior Caseworker

The role

The Senior Caseworker provides program support and direct service delivery for the Refugee Health Promotion Program (RHPP) at World Relief. This role involves managing a personal caseload while also mentoring caseworkers and supervising social work interns to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care. The position is responsible for program compliance, client assessments, goal setting, and maintaining accurate case documentation.
