Senior Business Systems Analyst
The role
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will support HR and Payroll business capabilities and applications within the Enterprise Business Applications team. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize scalable solutions, particularly within Workday. The position requires leading end-to-end projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and ensuring seamless system integration. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing configuration support and fostering continuous improvement across the foundation's IT ecosystem.
