The role
The Senior Business Intelligence & AI Specialist will design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI and AI solutions to improve data accessibility, reporting, analytics, and decision-making across UNRWA.
What you'll do
- Design and develop dimensional data warehouse models and analytical/semantic models.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes and data integration solutions.
- Support implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot within BI solutions.
- Ensure data quality through profiling, validation, cleansing, and monitoring activities.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to relevant technical staff.
What it takes
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum seven (6) years of relevant professional experience.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, ETL/ELT development, dimensional modelling, AI-powered analytics, and Microsoft BI technologies.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
