Experis is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with SAP ECC expertise to support a major European transformation programme in London, working 2-3 days per week onsite.

- Lead workshops to gather, analyse and validate business requirements
- Drive business process and solution design across Commercial & Operations functions
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Support SAP ECC solution design and process improvement initiatives
- Support testing, business validation and user acceptance activities
What it takes
- Proven Senior Business Analyst experience within SAP transformation programmes
- Strong hands-on SAP ECC knowledge
- Experience within Oil & Gas Midstream Commercial and Operational processes
- Knowledge of Trading, Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain or Inventory Management
- Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and documentation skills
- Proven business process mapping and gap analysis experience
