The role
CPI is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate Program Operations to provide critical operational support to the Climate Finance programs in Indonesia.
What you'll do
- Coordinate business development tracking and pipeline management
- Support due diligence processes for prospective and existing partners
- Monitor grant performance, including operational risks, and compliance issues
- Support the implementation and educate program staff on grant and program management
- Support the end-to-end vendor/consultant sourcing process
- Support program activities and travel when required
What it takes
- Proven experience in providing project administration and grant management support
- Knowledge or experience with international and national donor & governmental grant management
- Familiarity with best practice project management processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing procurement process, including contracts and invoices
- Basic understanding of Indonesia tax system
