The role
CrossBoundary Group is seeking a Senior Associate or Associate Principal to lead end-to-end transaction advisory mandates in the Power & Infrastructure sector, providing mentorship to analysts/associates and supporting strategic initiatives. The role involves extensive travel and is based in London, Nairobi, Dubai, or Mumbai.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage team of investment professionals on the execution of strategic and transaction advisory engagements
- Provide project leadership and execution oversight to a wide range of infrastructure advisory mandates
- Support early and late-stage infrastructure projects across the deal life cycle
- Develop and refine sophisticated financial models and valuation models
- Develop IC memos for clients
- Support the P&I leadership team in developing new revenue lines and framing new business pursuits
What it takes
- 5-7 years of experience in project finance or M&A
- Undergraduate degree in economics, finance, or engineering
- Experience in fundraising, investing, and developing infrastructure projects
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Demonstrated ability to project manage complex transactions
- Excellent client management skills
