The role
The Senior Associate, Accounting and Financial Reporting, will assist with general ledger maintenance, advanced financial reporting, and special projects for Pew and its subsidiaries. This role involves processing journal entries, preparing monthly reconciliations, and supporting annual audits. What you'll do
- Process month-end recurring and correcting journal entries.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial schedules using Excel.
- Support 401(k) and annual consolidated financial statement audits.
- Assist in the preparation of Form 990 and 990-T.
- Coordinate with Finance department members on accounting processes.
