The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Assistant for the Department of Partnerships, Governance, and Communications. This role involves providing administrative and operational support, managing HR, procurement, finance, and office management tasks, and coordinating meetings and events.
What you'll do
- Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure seamless daily functions
- Serve as the Department's focal point for coordination with HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement units
- Prepare, process, and track administrative and financial documents
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, correspondence, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up tracking
- Maintain and update the DPGC calendar, including meetings, events, official travel, and staff leave
- Manage electronic and physical document control, filing, and archiving of official DPGC documentation
