The role
The incumbent will perform a full range of office management and comprehensive administrative support functions, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing support to the Chief of Programme/Department Head or Area Office.

- Monitor the schedule/s of supervisor/s and arrange for meetings and appointments
- Prepare travel documents and follow up on travel arrangements
- Draft and prepare official routine correspondences and replies
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination
- Attend and coordinate staff meetings

- Successful completion of full secondary education and two years diploma in business and office practice or related discipline
- At least four years of relevant experience, preferably in administration and/or office management
- Experience in MS Office applications is required
