- Maintain APD service portals, filing systems, and staff databases.
- Coordinate administrative logistics for meetings, workshops, and official events.
What it takes
- Minimum of 10 years of administrative experience (8 years if holding a university degree).
- Fluency in both English and French (UN Level III required).
- Proven experience in protocol services and drafting diplomatic communication.
- High school diploma required; university degree in administration or related field is desirable.
- Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP or PeopleSoft.
