The role
The American Red Cross is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic sales efforts within a high-value hospital territory in Georgia and South Carolina.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of hospital accounts generating approximately $40M+ in revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical leaders and C-suite executives
- Educate clients on Red Cross products, services, and value propositions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within and beyond the current customer base
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals to ensure long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree required; a background in science or healthcare is preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare sales, clinical services, or a related field
- Experience selling to hospitals, pharma, or medical device companies is highly desirable
