What you'll do

- Serve as the main point of contact to handle inquiries, complaints, and updates, ensuring a professional client experience while routing issues to appropriate staff when needed.
- Coordinate and prepare the laboratory for visits by clients, researchers, or interns while managing schedules, safety compliance, and visit logs.
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and related fields
- 6–12 months of experience in front-facing customer service, reception, or administrative support within an agricultural, laboratory, or agribusiness setting.
- Basic knowledge on seed testing processes
