The role
Support the development of security protocols and management in Khartoum and Jazeerah, Sudan, including context analysis, training, and SOP development.
What you'll do
- Ensure the safety and security management of the team during assessment missions
- Develop SOPs for access and movement
- Update the security pack as the team presence grows
- Train local staff on security protocols
- Contribute to the identification of potential operational synergies
- Analyze HI premises and make recommendations for security improvement
What it takes
- At least 3 years of experience managing security in volatile environments
- Fluent English, Arabic preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
