Scrum Master

The role

Stand Together is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices across multiple cross-functional teams to improve delivery and operational efficiency. The role involves managing ceremonies, maintaining backlog health, and fostering psychological safety to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong Jira expertise and a diagnostic mindset, capable of adapting to various team maturity levels. You will work closely with Product and Engineering leads while reporting to the Agile Practice Lead.
