The role
The Scientific Affairs Officer will perform regional, sub-regional and national analysis as background studies for advising national governments, design technical modalities for complex field reviews, prepare analytical studies on Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) and policy relevant to ECA programs, represent the organization at international meetings, assist in formulating work program activities, and participate in creating a database of key monitoring variables.
