The School Transformation Specialist will lead urgent, sustainable academic and operational improvements at a designated KIPP SoCal school. Over a 18-24 month assignment, the specialist is accountable for rebuilding trust, developing talent, and ensuring high-quality instruction. The role focuses on driving data-based growth in student achievement and school culture, while preparing the school for a permanent leadership transition.
