The role
Assist with all program activities including arts & crafts, music & drama, games, sports, group activities, science experiments, quiet time, character development, team building, and snack preparation. Must be at least 16 years old, have experience working with children under 13, and complete required trainings.
What you'll do
- Assist the Site Coordinator in planning and developing lesson plans
- Observe and follow program guidelines and regulations
- Greet children and parents
- Conduct the program when the coordinator is absent
- Perform general housekeeping tasks
- Provide a safe, healthy, moral, and fun environment for all children
