The role
The Scale Project Manager at Building Tomorrow is responsible for leading the operational rollout of the organization's foundational learning program, Roots to Rise (R2R), at national scale via partnerships with Primary Teacher Colleges (PTCs) and UNITE campuses.

- Experience working with or within government structures
- Experience building and maintaining trust-based relationships with government counterparts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in a local Ugandan language is highly desirable
