The role
The Information Technology Services Department (ITS) at the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) is seeking a Salesforce Developer Consultant to maintain and evolve the Salesforce Agentforce IT Service platform in a full-time, remote role.
What you'll do
- Review and manage assigned tasks
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce Agentforce IT Service

What it takes

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, enterprise integrations, production support, and highly customized Salesforce environments
