Safety & Wellness Caseworker
The role
The Safety & Wellness Caseworker at the International Rescue Committee provides comprehensive, culturally appropriate case management services for Survivors of Torture. This role involves conducting eligibility screenings, developing service and safety plans, and facilitating referrals to community resources. Additionally, the position includes administrative responsibilities such as data management, report writing, and outreach to local service providers. The caseworker works in a multidisciplinary environment to ensure clients receive necessary psycho-social and legal support.
