Safety Support Associate

The role

The Safety Support Associate is responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for customers and staff through proactive security measures and exceptional service. The role involves conducting patrols, performing safety inspections, managing incident reporting, and implementing theft deterrence strategies. Additionally, the associate serves as a Safety Captain, leading emergency drills and providing de-escalation support to ensure site readiness.
