- Support Project Development GAM team for development of new grants
What it takes
- Post Graduate in Social Sciences or relevant field
- More than 5 years working experience in Safeguarding/Protection and/or GEDSI work
- Experience in implementing initiatives across projects and departments
- Experience in facilitating technical trainings or similar staff capacity building initiatives
- Ability to work in a matrix structure
- Strong communication skills
