The role
The RN provides nursing care that meets individualized resident needs, using recognized nursing techniques, procedures and established standards based on the Minnesota Board of Nursing scope of practice.

- Provide nursing care that meets individualized resident needs
- Maintain unit narcotic and controlled drug count records
- Document in resident medical record
- Assist with reviews and updates of resident care plans
