The role
IDB Invest is seeking a Risk Management Senior Officer ALM & Liquidity Risk to oversee interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and foreign exchange risk in Washington, D.C.
What you'll do
- Lead IRRBB framework design and execution
- Own liquidity risk measurement and reporting
- Oversee FX risk management
- Oversight of FTP framework
- Design and run liquidity and IRRBB stress tests
- Contribute to ALM and liquidity risk workstream in system migration
What it takes
- Master’s in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Deep understanding of IRRBB and Basel III liquidity framework
- Hands-on experience with ALM systems and programming/data-analytics skills
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Experience in managing change and leading cross-functional projects
