What you'll do

What it takes
- Advanced Degree in Project management, international development, expertise in economics, transport, or public policy
- 10 years of relevant experience required
- Expertise in evaluating development projects funded by UN systems or multilateral banks
- Knowledge of results-based management and Theory of Change
- Experience in regional programs, gender mainstreaming, and environmental safeguards
- Fluency in English is required
