Responsable Log Admin (H/F)

The role

The position involves overseeing logistics, administration, finance, and human resources operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Saint-Marc base in Haiti, and contributing to operational security management.

What you'll do

• Supervise and ensure the performance of the supply chain
• Manage the vehicle fleet, equipment, and general means
• Manage accounting and budgetary monitoring of the base
• Manage cash flow
• Manage human resources on the base (contractual management, monthly payroll, career evaluation, disciplinary framework, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with Solidarités International administrative and logistics procedures

What it takes

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, accounting, administration, finance, or human resources management
• 3-4 years of experience in the humanitarian sector
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in a volatile security context
• Knowledge of PSEAH principles
• Organizational and prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
