What you'll do
- Lead the technical identification of new interventions, ensuring the application of relevant methodologies, quality, relevance, and strategic alignment of proposals.
- Coordinate the collection and consolidation of technical, programmatic, financial, and contextual information from base coordinations, technical areas, and partners.
- Draft and review proposals, concept notes, logical frameworks, theory of change, narrative budgets, and other documentation required by donors.
- Ensure the systematic integration of Cross-Cutting Themes (EETT) in key project and program management instruments: logical frameworks, theory of change, problem analysis, MEAL systems, gender-sensitive budgets, and indicators.
- Ensure the coherence and quality of project budgets, in coordination with the country administration, ensuring alignment with programmatic priorities and donor requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in health sciences or other social sciences and/or international cooperation disciplines
- Solid project cycle management skills (logical framework, results-oriented management, theory of change)
- Experience in health public development and emergency projects, including primary health care, sexual and reproductive health, and mental and psychosocial health
- Experience in project identification and formulation from cross-cutting approaches, including tools like the logical framework, theory of change, etc.
- Experience in articulation with local communities and local authorities
