What it takes
- Advanced university degree in economics, business management, social sciences, public administration, international relations, communications, women's studies, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in strategic partnerships, donor relations, resource mobilization, advocacy, external relations, programme coordination or a related field
- Experience preparing donor briefs, funding proposals, concept notes, investment cases, talking points, senior-level briefing materials or advocacy products
- Experience engaging Member States, government counterparts, diplomatic missions, private-sector partners, foundations, philanthropies or other senior external stakeholders
- Experience coordinating or managing contracts, agreements, consultancies, vendors or related administrative workflows
- Experience supporting high-level convenings, conferences or multi-stakeholder events
